What is the business idea?

The business idea of LOLOW is to provide a comprehensive platform that facilitates branding and marketing strategy for entrepreneurs and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) looking to carry out their projects quickly, dynamically, and enjoyably. LOLOW aims to become a reference company for all entrepreneurs who need support in creating their businesses in Spain.

At LOLOW, entrepreneurs can take several actions to boost their business:

Analytical Marketing:

A thorough analysis of the "Lolow" project using SWOT, CAME, and PESTEL highlights weaknesses such as limited industry knowledge and resistance to change, while pointing out opportunities like the growth of the internet for SMEs. The strategic focus involves corrections and marketing strategies, while the operational aspect aims to optimize channels and services for a strong customer experience.

Strategic Marketing:

"Lolow's" comprehensive strategy includes Lean Canvas analysis, where the business landscape is defined, and solutions to problems are proposed, along with the creation of buyer personas to better understand customers.

Operational Marketing:

In "Lolow's" operational marketing, the implementation of the 4Es (Experience, Exchange, Everywhere, and Evangelism) is used to optimize customer interaction. The unique Value Proposition focuses on simplifying business creation through an integrated web platform, allowing flexible choices and marketing support.

Paid media and own media

Considering the information gathered in the previous study, various advertising strategies were developed. One of them was based on generating our own content on our social media platforms, while the other focused on the use of paid media. In the latter aspect, a comprehensive strategy was developed using Google Ads. Additionally, a campaign was implemented to collaborate with micro-influencers.

Social Media

In our Facebook, we have created a campaign with two main focuses:

  • Step-by-Step demonstration of the tool:
    • We will detail the use of our tool in our store.
    • We will share instructional videos for followers to understand how to apply it in their own spaces.
  • Videos DIY Craft:
    • We will publish DIY craft tutorials that teach how to decorate the space using materials available through our tool.

In our Instagram, social media strategy, we have devised a campaign with the main goal of humanizing our company. To achieve this purpose, we will focus on:

  • Spotlighting our employees:
    • Giving them a prominent role on our social media.
  • Putting Our Customers in the Spotlight:
    • Conducting interviews and showcasing their designs.
  • Showcasing Our Locations and Variety of Designs:
    • Featuring our stores and the variety of designs we offer.

On LinkedIn, our strategy aims to highlight our corporate identity and promote B2B connections through:

  • Highlighting our identity.
  • Sharing educational content.
  • Showcasing previous projects.
  • Identifying and contacting new interested companies.
  • Establishing relationships with industry representatives for collaborations.

Influencer Marketing

IG and Facebook will be the chosen platforms for LOLOW's campaign. Through these social media platforms, we will reach out to professionals interested in entrepreneurship or those interested in rebranding.

For the campaign, we will collaborate with professional profiles from each of the sectors covered by LOLOW. These profiles will showcase the tool and its advantages.

Since the algorithm of IG and Facebook increasingly makes organic reach more difficult, we will support the campaign with paid media investment.
